Baiju Solanki doesn’t just talk about getting results – he’s proved he can put the techniques into action.  When he decided to make the leap from being an employed Sales Director to a self-employed coach, he had a family to consider.  Going into business for yourself is not a recipe for instant riches – as any business owner knows, so a reliable income or a big bank balance is required to get the embryo business off the starting blocks.

Having started out as a lecturer in psychology before moving into the corporate world as a sales person, Baiju then worked his way up to the position of sales director.  His experiences have given him a sound understanding of both the business world and the way people behave in it.

I work with a top-down approach, that is, working with the CEO, managing director, head teacher or team manager, which enables me to instil the kind of vision they want their people to have.”
